This recipe was absolutely wonderful. I made this for Xmas and my famliy really enjoyed it. They are asking for another. I used a boston butt and cooked in the crockpot. Will make again. Made for Everyday is a Hoilday.

Yummers!! This filled the whole house with a wonderful aroma all day long. In fact, when I pulled it out of the oven to let it cool a bit before I shredded it, I couldn't keep DH from 'testing' it!! Repeatedly!! We made sandwiches out of the meat and they were wonderful. The only problem that I had (other than DH getting full before dinner, lol) was that there was almost no liquid left in the pan. I ended up adding more beer to make it more of a 'sauce'. I'm thinking that this would also do very well in a crockpot where the liquid wouldn't evaporate. We will definitely be making this again and I highly recommend it. Thanks MsSally.

I made this exactly as the recipe says, and it was awesome. I will be making it again and again - love it!

Wow! This was a big hit with the whole family. So tasty, so yummy. I made this in the oven and followed all directions, except I only used half the cayenne pepper called for. I cooked it for two hours after taking the lid off, turning it over again after the first hour and a half, so the top would stay moist.
