  1. Remove dough from the machine upon completion of the dough cycle and divide into 3 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a long rope and braid ropes together. Place braid on a lightly grease baking pan, cover and let rise for about 1.5 hours. Brush dough with egg was and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden.
