  • place butter in a 13x9" baking pan.heat in a 425* oven until melted.
  • whisk remaining ingredients together --
  • pour over butter, without mixing.
  • bake at 425* for 20 minutes.
  • sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving -- .

  1. I made this for a "dessert first" breakfast with my floor mates and it was a huge hit. My only change was to make an ice cream sundae that they had to eat through to get to the pancake. From a floor of girls known to love their sundaes they loved the pancake even more.

I love cooking, and reading Christian fiction..I have 5 grandchildren..4 boys and 1 spoiled granddaughter...I also have a black cocker spaniel named Tobey..who is very spoiled..Love computer games, cross stitch and reading cookbooks..I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia almost a year ago, on September 26, 2005....was in an out of the hospital for 8 months, doing intensive chemo...I am doing well now, thanks for all the prayers...
