  • Thaw puff pastry in fridge overnight or at room temp on paper towels.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 15.5" x 10.5" jelly roll pans with parchment paper.
  • On lightly floured surface, roll each sheet to 12" x 15".
  • Sprinkle salt and cayenne, then cheeses onto one sheet.
  • Top with second sheet and roll to 13"x 16".
  • Cut into 32 1/2" x 13" strips.
  • Place in pans, 1" apart. Twist each strip several times.
  • Bake 18-20 minutes.
  • Cool.
