This is another version of the dry type of sazon. Adapted from The Barbecue Bible Sauces, Rubs and Marinades. This will keep several months.
- 1⁄3 cup coarse salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and store away from heat and light.
