Directions

  1. Boil maccaroni and eggs.
  2. Then cut green olives, pepper, eggs, span and onions.
  3. Add the seasonings and mayo.
  4. Refrigerate for about one hour and then serve cold.

Good mac salad that's a little different from the usual. I left out the onions because I don't care for raw onions. To compensate, I increased the green olives and green peppers to 3/4 cup each. With such a small amount of mayonnaise, this was a drier mac salad than I'm used to.
