Puerto Rican Adobo Marinade

This recipe is used in conjunction with my Puerto Rican Arroz Con Pollo (Rice and Chicken). The Adobo Marinade is used to marinate the chicken overnight to impart a true Puerto Rican flavor and make the chicken very tender and juicy.

Made this in conjunction with Recipe #315833. This marinade smelled so lovely and fresh when I mixed it up. I did use the Mexican oregano, since I found it at the farmer's market. I liked the combination of the parsley and oregano. My BF thought the oregano taste was overwhelming to his taste buds... but ate all his chicken none the less! I think I may try marinating chicken quarters and then grilling one day. Thanks for posting!!!
