Great stew! I used a 3 pound pork tenderloin. I only used one can of corn per landlocked's recommendation and I thought it was the perfect amount. I did add a little thickener to the stew to thicken it up a bit. Perfect amount of herbs & spices. Made for PRMR tag.

  1. In a large dutch oven, brown pork in batches in oil over med. heat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil.Reduce heat;cover and simmer for 1 hr, until pork is tender.
