This recipe is good for individual snacks for children. It came from OSU Extension Expanded Food & Nutrtion Program.
- Put the correct amount of pudding powder and milk into a cup.
- Hold cup firm and stir with spoon.
- Stir until mixed together well and pudding is thick.
- Eat and enjoy!
I love the idea of this. Sometimes I want only 1 serving of pudding, and sometimes I have an opened box of pudding mix to use up. I also think it would be great to make individual pudding cups for lunches. The only problem I had (I used vanilla) was that I could not get it to the non-gritty stage. I think it was the small space in the cup. I'll keep trying though. Thanks so much for posting!
