Pure yum! I love lemon and, of course, a lemon chicken recipe. This is a good one, everything comes together smoothly for a lovely depth of flavor that will make you smile year round. The chicken is very tender and something the whole family should enjoy.

Loved the underlying lemon flavor the chicken gets and also a very moist piece of chicken. We used 2 boneless breasts of chicken and cut the cooking time down to 20 minutes. Delicious! Made for Zaar's Newest Tag Game 2011.

"Delicious"! The great blend of ingredients in the marinade produces a wonderful flavor in the chicken, tender and moist. I will use this again when I grill some chicken. Thanks for another marinate recipe I can use often. Made for Photo Tag Early Fall 2011.

The DH said he would definitely have this one again even though I did not get the crispy skin but I think that was my fault as I drizzled the butter over the chicken and then what was in the pan I finished coating but I had a lot of butter in the bottom of the baking dish so maybe thinking it would be better to put the chicke3n on a rack and brush with the butter and maybe repeat during the cooking process - I did quarter a whole chicken about 1.4K which took 50 minutes at 175C fan force to cook so it was moist and delicious. Thank you breezermom for a recipe that will be made again, made for Everyday A Holiday tag game.

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe breezermom. My dh & I both loved it, So much flavor, nice depths of flavor, nothing was overpowering, they all worked well together. The texture was perfect, moist, tender chicken with a delicious crispy coating. Really quick and easy to make with tremendous results. Into my keeper box this goes.
