Original recipe from Cooks Ilustrated-lovely stuff!
- 3⁄4 cup real mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Measure mayo in a 1 cup measuring cup or small mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and whisk well.
- Chill until ready to serve.
