I'm making this recipe for the 3rd time in about six weeks. My kids love it! My son asked if we could have that "cheesy chicken" again. It's so easy and you can add whatever seasonings you like - I made it exactly as written althought I only had plain bread crumbs. It was still delicious.

I just made this tonight. It was good and tasty. Very easy. I think I put a little to much Italian seasoning, so next time I'll put less. But good overall.

It was good...but the top was just way too mushy/soggy. I think if you started it off without the cheese on top and maybe added it halfway through baking it would be good and a little more crispy.

I agree with Sandy's statement: this is simplicity at its best. I was feeling dry for inspiration and low on time, and this recipe fit the bill. Thank you for posting this up, Sandy!

I felt the recipe is a good base to use for other things. I took the chicken and breaded it (using an egg/crumb/herb mix)cooked it in a pan, then put the chicken in the oven with the provolone on it. More steps but it tasted really good. I tried it the way it was written and it was soggy.

Great for its simplicity and ease. Overall, pretty good taste. Bet it would be good with fresh herbs under the cheese as another reviewer did. Thanks for an easy recipe!

This was SO good and so very easy. I didn't have the seasoned bread crumbs, only plain - so I used Italian seasoning and mixed it in with the bread crumbs to coat the chicken. Perfect for a busy night since it goes together so quickly with so few ingredients.

This was really easy to make! I didn't have the seasoned bread crumbs, so I used crushed up crackers. It was a hit with my family!

This was so tasty! I love the simplicity and also the chicken was very tender and moist. I don't really like white meat as it is usually too dry for me but not this time. Thanks!

This chicken was delicious. I made it last week and am making it again tonight. I just seasoned my own breadcrumbs and it came out perfectly! Thanks a lot!

So simple and tasty. Perfect to make after a busy day. I tossed some minced garlic on the chicken before covering with the cheese.

This is easy and super yummy! The key is to cook it WITHOUT any covering. I've made it several times now, and sometimes I'll keep it in the oven even longer just to get the cheese really brown and crispy. Good stuff.

This recipe was ok. I used italian seasoned bread crumbs. Flavor was good and the kids liked it. I was afraid the cheese would burn so I put a piece of aluminum foil over it. Maybe next time I will use some spaghetti sauce and call it Chicken Parmesan. thanks for posting the recipe. I appreciate the opportunity to try different things.

Quick to fix and very good. I'd suggest pounding the breasts very thin to tenderize and reduce cooking time. Provolone adds a wonderful flavor that everyone in the family enjoyed. Thanks, Sandylee!
