I'm doing the Abs Diet and came up with this smoothie.
- 1⁄2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons whey protein
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 3⁄4 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 ice cubes
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
