- 1⁄2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup (to taste)
- 1⁄2 - 1 cup fruit, of your choice
- 1⁄2 package carnation instant breakfast drink mix (optional)
directions
- Put everything in the blender and puree.
- Drink.

This makes for GREAT TASTING SHAKES, for sure! I've made them a lot of ways, but don't think I'd ever used cottage cheese before! Followed the recipe (doubling it for 2 of us) but left out the optional breakfast drink mix, & I did use frozen strawberries for the frost factor! Thanks for the nice treat!
