Protein Shake

"I didn't want to buy protein powder to increase the level of protein in my diet so I invented this high protein shake. Carnation instant breakfast adds another protein boost but is not necessary and is pretty high in sugars."

  1. This makes for GREAT TASTING SHAKES, for sure! I've made them a lot of ways, but don't think I'd ever used cottage cheese before! Followed the recipe (doubling it for 2 of us) but left out the optional breakfast drink mix, & I did use frozen strawberries for the frost factor! Thanks for the nice treat! I am a mother of 3 fabulous girls, some of whom like to cook, one of whom wants to be a cooker when she grows up. I am celiac and have been known to go raw. I go on to this website almost daily for recipe ideas and have finally been able to join (computer issues). Can't wait to start my own cookbook!
