My husband described these as "plain" but nice and soft. I made a 4 serving batch, and it only made 3 palm sized pancakes, so unless you want to eat pancakes the size of your thumbprint, double or triple the batch. Also added 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.

  1. .Blend ingredients in food processor.
  2. Pour onto heated pan by the 1/4 Cup, cooking 2-3 minutes per side.
