Protein Packed Italian Dip

Serve this dip with a veggie tray. Of course, you could make this with sour cream instead of Greek yogurt, but the protein would be significantly lower. This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 16 ounces trader joe's 2% Greek yogurt (or Fage)
  • 8 ounces light cream cheese (fat free can be used)
  • 1 ounce dry Good Seasonings Italian salad dressing mix (1 packet)

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese slightly in microwave. Mix all ingredients together, and beat with a mixer.
  2. Tastes better after it chills for a few hours.
