A low carb high protein alternative for early morning energy.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup textured vegetable protein
  • 12 cup frozen edamame
  • 12 cup egg white
  • 1 tablespoon dulse seaweed

Directions

  1. Boil some water and put over the TVP. Let soak 10 minutes. Add edamame, egg white, and dulse. Microwave 1.5 minutes on high. Let cool. Serve with a dash of Bragg's Liquid Aminos.
