- 24 slices watermelon (finger sized rectangles)
- 24 slices brie cheese (thin and about the same dimensions as watermelon fingers)
- 24 slices prosciutto
- Place a piece of brie on top of each watermelon finger and wrap each with a slice of prosciutto. Secure with a toothpick.
Watermelon is one of my favorite fruits and I never knew it went with so many different flavors! This was nice and summery and so easy to make! The sharp brie was a perfect combo with the sweet melon and salty prosciutto!
