- Wrap prosciutto aroung asparagus and sprinkle with pepper.
- Place in a broiler pan and broil at 400 until the prosiutto is crisp.
This is a nice variation for a veggie that can get very boring very fast! This is definately a "do-over". Thanks for a good and simple recipe!
These were extrememly popular at a recent gathering I made them for. I did sprinkle a little very good olive oil and cracked black pepper over them when I served them. A great simple recipe thank you Graybert.
