A delicious and hearty topping that is a great addition to sandwiches, or on some crusty bread as an appetizer.
- 1⁄2 cup finely cubed smoked mozzarella cheese (available at most specialty stores)
- 1⁄3 cup torn prosciutto (preferably imported)
- 2 -3 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Combine all ingredients in an airtight container; seal and shake well to mix.
- Let sit in refrigerator for at least 4 hours to allow flavours to meld.
