- 5 slices whole wheat bread (or your favorite)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 5 slices prosciutto ham
- 1 medium sized mango, chopped
- black pepper, to taste
- poppy seed, totaste
- Cut each bread slice in halves or thirds.
- Do same with ham.
- Spread some cream cheese on each bread. piece and top it with prosciutto.
- Top the prosciutto with a tablespoon of mango.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and poppy seeds to taste.
