this was more like a soggy cookie than a bisquit. i added more flour to try to stiffen the dough but it wasnt enough. the flavor was ok but not great and it did not hold a shape or puff up at all just oozed over on the pan.

  1. Sift soda and spices with flour.
  2. Place honey in bowl.
  3. Add melted butter and egg; mix.
  4. Blend in flour to make soft dough.
  5. Drop by teaspoon onto greased and floured baking sheet and bake 10-12 minutes at 300°.
