Been looking at this for awhile trying to decide if it was worth a shot. Found some nice avocadoes 3 for $1 if you can believe that, so I decided now was the time. Froze them with lime juice instead of lemon, since I use lime in guacamole. Only froze them for about 10 days, just to test the waters, so to speak. It worked!!! Made guacamole with the thawed avocadoes; it kept the bright green color, and the consistency. I also did not mash them smooth, as we like ours a little on the chunky side. Thrilled with this!!! Hope to find more cheap avocadoes. Thanks for the directions!
