This is an excellent recipe. I used Meyer lemons, and it is excellent. Real lemons are real tart, sour, this is tart, but mellow. I made two bottles, one for me and one for my friend. After I tasted mine, for my friend to taste this recipe, he can now only pray that my crop is bigger this year than last year because my first bottle is about gone, and the second is about to be opened.
