Got this from Whether you're suffering from nausea, heartburn, or just in need of a cool and refreshing snack or breakfast idea, this is the perfect nutritious pick-me-up. Leftover shake can be frozen in pop molds or 5 ounce paper cups with popsicle sticks.

This smoothie is one of the few things I kept down during the first trimester with both of my pregnancies- I always make it with a couple spoonfuls of wheat germ mixed in for the extra nutrition. Delish!

This was a wonderful breakfast pick me up. I enjoyed it very much. I used strawberry yogurt, frozen strawberries, a frozen banana and a little orange juice and a little 1%milk. I will be making this again...thanks so much for sharing... made for Spring Pac 08
