  1. 1st layer (first 8 ingredients):.
  2. Melt butter and cocoa; add graham crackers, vanilla, egg, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, coconut, and chopped nuts.
  3. Press mixture into a 9x13 pan.
  4. Put in refrigerator to set while making 2nd layer.
  5. 2nd Layer:.
  6. Cream butter until light and fluffy.
  7. Mix in milk and pudding.
  8. Beat in 2 cups powdered sugar until smooth.
  9. Spread over first layer. Put in refrigerator to set.
  10. Top:.
  11. When set, melt chocolate bar and spread over top.
