- 236.59 ml zucchini, 1/2-inch x 1/2-inch
- 236.59 ml yellow squash, 1/2-inch x 1/2-inch
- 236.59 ml yellow onion, 1/2-inch x 1/2-inch
- 236.59 ml red pepper, 1/2-inch x 1/2-inch
- 236.59 ml fresh shiitake mushroom

directions
