This is Vimala Mercy Thangadurai's recipe from today's Thursday magazine.

  1. Peel and clean the prawns neatly.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  3. Put cloves, aniseed, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and saute it well.
  4. Add prawns, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and garlic paste.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with corriander leaves.
  7. Serve.
