  1. Fry bacon in a pan till crisp.
  2. Add onion, celery and green bell pepper.
  3. Cook till tender.
  4. Add ham, sausage and chicken inches.
  5. Pour in tomato puree and stock.
  6. Add in sesame oil.
  7. Add prawns in and bring to a boil.
  8. Simmer on low for 20 minutes.
  9. Season to taste and Serve with rice.
