one of thoes things you can take for lunch
- 2 teaspoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 slices ciabatta
- 10 g baby rocket
- 8 small prawns, cooked
- At home: Make lim mayo by combining mayo, dill and lime.
- At Lunchtime: toast ciabatta; divide rocket, prawns and mayo between slices.
I loved the combination of the rocket, dill and prawns. I used 1/2 tsp. dried dill since I did not have fresh on hand. I added a couple of extra prawns too! Made it and ate it right away!
