Very simple and very tasty snack or addition to BBQ or tapas evening. If you can't get hold of serrano ham, you can replace with Parma ham or prosciutto.
- Slice the sheets of ham lengthways, and wrap each shrimp in a half sheet.
- Thread onto a skewer.
- Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Cook on a BBQ or griddle.
