  • Combine potatoes, butter, brown sugar, orange juice, salt and cinnamon.
  • Mix well.
  • Spoon into buttered 2 qt casserole.
  • Spread topping over mixture.
  • Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • For topping: Mix all ingredients until well blended.

  3. I hate sweet potatoes but from now on, I will eat this every year for the holidays! I used fresh sweet potatoes and mixed everything up the night before so that all I had to do on the day of serving was pop it in the oven. Thanks for making a believer out of me! Now I can finally enjoy a traditional holiday dinner with everyone else!
