Praline Rhubarb Small Pie

ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb, coarse chop
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1⁄2 cup maple syrup
- 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 pie crusts, 9-inch

PRALINE TOPPING
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup pecans, crushed
directions
- Mix all together except crusts and topping.
- Preheat oven @ 425°F.
- Bring mixture to a 2 bubble simmer.
- Line baking tin with pie dough keeping scraps to be top pieces. (4 small 4"x5" pies).
- Spray tin with non stick butter flavor oil.
- Bake @ 425 F for 15 minutes, lower heat to 375 F for last 15-20 minutes.
- Set aside to cool 30 minutes and put into refrigerator before removing from bake tin.
- Optional: 1/2 quanity rhubarb and 1/2 quanity other fruit fillings. (strawberrys).
