Praline Rhubarb Small Pie

  • Mix all together except crusts and topping.
  • Preheat oven @ 425°F.
  • Bring mixture to a 2 bubble simmer.
  • Line baking tin with pie dough keeping scraps to be top pieces. (4 small 4"x5" pies).
  • Spray tin with non stick butter flavor oil.
  • Bake @ 425 F for 15 minutes, lower heat to 375 F for last 15-20 minutes.
  • Set aside to cool 30 minutes and put into refrigerator before removing from bake tin.
  • Optional: 1/2 quanity rhubarb and 1/2 quanity other fruit fillings. (strawberrys).

Having spent the last 40 years selling recreational equipment in Southern Wisconsin, I have closed my business and finally have time to cook. I never sold anything that anyone ever "had to have".
