I really liked this slushy iced coffee. I also used Recipe #135402 for the praline sauce and was really pleased with the results. I brewed up some Chocolate Turtle coffee and used a mix of 2% milk and heavy cream b/c I do not use half and half. The only problem I had was that I am not really sure I like the texture of the pecans in the drink. It may be a personal thing, I think. I loved the taste however, so I am going to try it again with just the syrup of the praline sauce... Does that still qualify as praline iced coffee??? :) I would love to try this with some Frangelico next time! Thanks for sharing!!!

WOW! Just SO delicious! I first made Chef Kate’s totally scrumptious Visko's Praline Sauce Recipe #135402, then I made this equally totally scrumptious recipe! I used ground coffee, low fat milk and cream – a concession to healthiness! And I added the optional coffee liqueur! Out of concern for my blender, and on Rita’s suggestion, I only partly froze the coffee. The flavours were heavenly and the pecans added a great touch – both aesthetically and by adding some crunch, and of course great flavour. I’m going to buy some hazelnut liqueur before making this again. This is one of those must-try recipes! Unless you really don’t like coffee, you’ll just love it. I know it's an indulgence - and it is low fat, after all! - that I'll be making often! Thanks Rita!
