This recipe is from Southern Living....I love the coffee and praline pairing!!!!
- 3 cups hot brewed coffee
- 2⁄3-3⁄4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3⁄4 cup half-and-half
- 3⁄4 cup praline liqueur
- sweetened whipped cream
- Cook first three ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring, constantly, until thoroughly heated.
- (do NOT boil) Stir in liqueur, and serve with sweetend whipped cream.
Oh my gosh! Absolutely wonderful! Was a bit hesitant to use 3/4 cup brown sugar but it was right on. Finally a good use for that bottle of praline liqueur! Thanks for sharing the recipe!!
