Don't know where I got this, but even my 2 boys would eat it when they were growing up. SOOOO simple, but great tasting! Prep time includes 1 hour marinating time.

Very yummy. I also used fresh tarragon and a fourth the butter. I used a whole package of sliced mushrooms, and it was great with all the extras on the rice too. I cooked the chicken 20 minutes in step 3. The sauce was really good (not wine-y for us at all) and I wished I had even more. I forgot to do the marinating part, but the dish was still delicious!

I'm sorry to say....my husband and I were not fans of this dish. :( Admitedly this was the first time I've cooked with wine, typically I replace the wine with chicken broth. I thought the wine was way too overpowering for the dish. I made this with chicken thighs and instead of thickening it with flour, I used arrowroot. I would like to make this again but, with chicken broth instead. I don't think it is fair for me to rate this recipe with stars since it is my personal preference that prevents me from liking the dish, not anything wrong with the dish itself. This made a beautiful dish too by the way.

So easy! I used chopped fresh tarragon and marinated all day. My chicken was pretty thin in width and this was fully cooked in about one-third of the time....a super gourmet dinner in 15 minutes flat...WOW.
