Found this recipie in a bodybuilding magazine. I have added to it, and it was a food staple for me when getting ready for a competition.
- 6 egg whites
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 packets artificial sweetener
- 1⁄2 cup fruit (ie banana, blueberries) (optional)
- cooking spray
- combine all ingredients in a blender (except cooking spray).
- blend until well mixed.
- pour half of batter in a pan coated with cooking spray turn when brown.
Quick and easy to make. Ideal for Body for life followers. I leave out the fruit and spread peanut butter on top - yummie!

These pancakes are a great choice for anyone looking for a creative, health-conscious breakfast. I made mine with blueberries and halved the cinnamon. While not for everyone, I enjoyed them as a great alternative to the standard egg white omelette and plain oatmeal. Thanks!
