This is a great way to start your day! Feel free to add some fresh fruit.
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla-flavor whey protein powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon brown flax seed
- Mix the yogurt with the protein powder first, then sweeten with the honey. Add the flax seeds and mix well, then eat.
Wow! This is tasty, filling and really stays with you. Made as written. Wondered if a teaspoon of honey would be enough and guess what it was perfect. Have made twice and plan on making lots more. Thanks so much for the post.
