    Directions:

      Lightly toast almonds. Add to oatmeal, wheat germ. In a small bowl mix honey, spices and vanilla. Toss with oat mixture to coat. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about ten minutes, stirring halfway through. Cool and add dried fruit. After cooling, keep in tupperware or lidded mason jar and enjoy with milk.

      Do love making (AND eating) granola, & your recipe is great! The only change I made in it was to use ADD a quarter cup of golden raisins to the dark one I figured was called for in the recipe! Great combo of dried fruits, & the toasted almonds added nicely to it all as well! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in New Kids on the Block recipe tag]
