Well this was new to me! I never made brownies with beans before, but they turned out great much to my surprise. You would never know that they had beans in them, in fact my DD was visiting when they came out the oven and she said Ooh brownies can I have one you should of seen her face when I told her what was in them after she had eaten it but she thought they were great, a bit on the sweet side, next time I will use less sweetener, but a very nice recipe thank you for posting. Made for honor thy mother tag game May 2011.

wow...i was afraid to try these, but, they are, in fact, very good - i used all egg whites, 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder, and vanilla yogurt - i think next time (yes there will be a next time), i'd decrease the sugar a bit - it was actually a little too sweet
These are really really good! I used egg substitute in place of the egg. I also only used about 1/2 cup of Splenda, and added 1 tsp of Stevia powder. I used 1/4 cup of "cookies and cream" flavored protein isolate powder. With the substitutions I made, my brownies came out to 65 calories each for 9 brownies! YUM!
