This is one of the tastiest and best recipes in Joan D' Amico's book, the Healthy Body Cookbook.
- Put all the ingredients, EXCEPT THE ICE CUBES,into the blender.
- Blend ingredients until smooth.
- Add the crushed ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
I loved it! It was the best chocolate shake I have tasted!
