    This is a spice spread using evaporated milk. This is wonderful spread on pancakes. If someone loves peanut butter, put the spread on the pancake, then the peanut butter.Spread on the pancake, then the syrup.

    Directions:

      In mixing bowl add butter, sugar, cinnamon and evaporated milk. Stir.

      Add salt and water. Mix.

      Add variations if desired.
    4. 4
      Variations: Use Splenda instead powdered sugar, use cinnamon and nutmeg together. If there is any left, refrigerate.

      This was a winner for breakfast in my house, this morning!! All the kids (4) loved it. I served it on french toast, and do believe it made them eat more, as I was at the stove, forever:) This is a definite make again as it was very easy and tasty. Mine did seperate a little, but was okay once stirred. I just assumed this was because of the heat we have been having. Thanks for the great recipe, Montana!

      Your grandson had this on his french toast today. He started licking the plate.....good indication that it was well liked. Saved the rest in the fridge for next time. Thanks for a simple, wonderful recipe
