ingredients

• 1 cup dry milk (powdered)
• 5 -8 5 -8 drops perfume oil or 5 -8 drops essential oils

directions

1. Mix dry milk with oil.
2. Mix well.
3. Add more oil for a stronger scent.
4. Place in a container for gift giving.
