This is so so good. Brings back memories of my youth( that was a long time ago).It was a treat to find this recipe and make it again;we loved it; maple syrup, brown sugar,cream;what a combination.And to make it more sinful my husband bought real vanilla ice cream to serve with it. Thank you for posting this extravagant Quebec dessert.I made it for WT4 challenge.
