This is so much better than I expected, I thought it would be good but it's terrific. I used a chicken breast in place of sausage and it came out fork cutting tender. Another surprise was how very good the marinara was with the broccoli. I used tiny Yukon Gold potato's in place of slices just because I had them. It was very east and totally delicious. This recipe was so easy yet turned out delicious! I used carrots instead of broccoli which added a nice sweetness to the savory mix. I like how the high temperature and open end of the foil pouches produces some nicely roasted bits throughout.
