Loved these potatoes! Used a large lemon and it was very refreshing. Also used the full tbsp of paprika because we love it. We did need to use a full stick of butter to give the potatoes enough flavor. Thanks Cookgirl for an easy, flavorful recipe! Made for ZWT6 by a fellow Looney Spoon :)

Cookgirl mum taught you well, these were very nice. I liked the lemon juice in them I just used 1/2 the paprika and they were still very tasty I think they would go perfect with fish, that is what i will have them with next time. also, I will make more for the pancakes. Your mum is so inventive makes a change from just boring old pot's. Made for herb of the month (march)(paprika)

Sooo good. It pleased all my picky eaters, adults and children alike. This has been added to our weekly quick, easy and tasy favorites. We followed per instructions but then lightly fried.

This was very good. We had it with steak and it was a nice counterpart to the steak. Really set off the meal. Will definitely fix again when I want a different kind of potato dish. Thanks for the recipe!

mmllllfflmglrrm! (Sorry, had a mouthful just then.) Very nice change from the regular old tater dish. I think I put too much paprika in though, or maybe I shouldn't have used sweet Hungarian? I loved the lemony tang, but it might be a bit much for anyone who's not a true lemon fan. I used chives instead of parsley because they needed to be used (and I love the combo) and added a bit more butter because we want to die young, but happy... "young" being relative. Overall a lovely dish that we'll repeat often. Thank you!

These were good and added a colorful addition to the meal. I added more buter than stated in the recipe, and added some sour cream on top of each serving.

These potatoes were a nice change which we enjoyed. I followed the recipe as directed and we did think they needed a little more spicing up. I used Yukon Gold potatoes.

I used baby red skinned potatoes for this wonderful dish. Substituted 1/2 tsp smoked paprika for an equal measure of the regular paprika and added a little more butter. Thank you for sharing.

Great potatoes. I will admit to going light on the lemon juice in recipes like this, but that is just a personal preference. Thanks for the great recipe.

This was a winner with our dinner. We loved the lemon/butter flavor, and the paprika gave them such nice color. I'm always looking for new ways to make potatoes and this was great. Mine were chunky. Thanks for sharing.
