    Ingredients:

    • 2 ounces Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
    • 1 large onion
    • 1 large green pepper
    • 1 (12 ounce) can Spam
    • 1 cup vegetable oil

    Directions:

      Use a skillet.
    2. 2
      1/2 cup vegetable oil pour inches Turn Skillet to 350 degrees. Dice up onions and peppers and spam to small cubes. Place in skillet. Stir occasionally. Add 2 bags of simply potatoes diced. Cook till a little golden brown.

      Then serve with Texas toast on side.
