- 1 (30 ounce) bag frozen southern style hash brown potatoes, Ore Ida brand
- 3 -4 eggs, scrambled well
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper

- Prepare hash browns as directed on the bag.
- After hash browns are done, push to side of skillet. Pour eggs on empty side. Cook for just one minute then turn pan so the uncooked egg slides to hash browns. Mix hash browns gently so the egg covers them. Continue cooking mixture but flipping instead of mixing. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and what ever else tickles your fancy.
