sunshine64, you put a smile on my face with this recipe. I love green chiles and cheese, and I love potatoes. Mix them together, and you have one great dish. It does take more time than the usual potato side dish, but it was worth it. It was smooth and creamy, and the taste was great. Thanks for posting this one, I will be using it again. :-)

What a great way to prepare potatoes. These potatoes are creamy and cheesy with a bit of a "kick" to it. (I cut the jalapeno in half.) It was perfect for us and I can't wait to make them again. Thanks so much for sharing, Tinks.
