- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes (about 4 to 5 medium)
- 1⁄2 lb velveeta processed cheese, cut up
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- COOK potatoes in boiling water 18 minutes or until barely tender;.
- TOSS potatoes and remaining ingredients in 2-quart casserole; cover.
- BAKE at 350°F for 20 to 22 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
